◎简 介
澳洲警方接报，得悉有人进行贩毒活动。他们在悉尼逮捕了一名来自香港的华裔毒贩温霑（洪金宝 饰）。由于与温霑接应的毒贩逃走时撞车丧命，而温霑又拒绝透露幕后主脑，澳洲警方遂将他交给香港督察方盛龄（王羽 饰）调查。在方盛龄的严刑逼供下，温霑终于交代了幕后主使，乃商业巨子威尔顿。温霑在被押送法庭的途中，遭威尔顿派来的职业杀手射杀。后来，方盛龄在澳洲女记者的帮助下找到了威尔顿，并从威尔顿的保镖身上发现红龙武馆标记。方盛龄独自到武馆调查，深入虎穴，最终将威尔顿绳之于法。
