◎简 介
警方设立一个名为“2002”的部门，专门对付祸害人间的游魂野鬼。部门内潮（谢霆锋 饰）是拥有阴阳眼的人类，Sam（李灿森 饰）则是个鬼魂，整个部门便由这一人一鬼组成。期间他们遇到了形形式式的加害人类的鬼魂，并一一收复了。后来潮受死去的四婆所托，帮忙照顾住院中的孙女Rain（李彩桦 饰）。潮爱上了医院中的一名护士。但他要专心于Sam一起对付水鬼，这场争斗将决定他们的生死。
