记者孝子（瀬戸朝香饰）一直在坚持不懈地调查鬼来电系列案件，这一次，她终于在台北的一个村庄找到了事件背后的真相。原来这一切都是一个叫李丽（小泉奈々饰）的小女孩造成的。当年，愚昧的村民把他们以为不祥的李丽在此活埋了，李丽的怨气积聚，以致在她死后将怒气通过杀人发泄。
在杏子（ミムラ饰）的好友接二连三被杀死后，她某日亦收到鬼来电，不愿坐以待毙的杏子和男友尚人（吉沢悠饰）一起来到台北，企图和咒灵顽强抵抗！
