◎简 介
生活奢侈、懒散贪玩的新生代日本少女鸟山雪菜（土屋太凤 饰），经过一年的复读雪菜考上了雄飞工业大学。刚刚入学，雪菜邂逅了英俊的前辈高桥圭（高杉真宙 饰），之后在对方的邀请下加入了人力飞行兴趣小组（Team Birdman Trial）。这个怪怪的小组有将近一百名成员，大家随后聚集到琵琶湖湖畔，为即将到来的夏季大会展开集训。在这群怪人中间，被称为“狂犬”的坂场大志（间宫祥太朗 饰）干劲尤其十足。在某次试飞中，高桥前辈不幸负伤，他们苦心打造的机体也受到重创。夏季大会在即，他们的夺冠之路变得坎坷崎岖。而在这一过程中，懈怠的雪菜慢慢找到前进的方向……
本片根据作家中村航的同名小说改编。
