◎简 介
辛巴是个孤儿，被街头大哥训练为小偷。一次被警察抓到后，发现街头大哥在警察面前像个孙子，才知道警察意味着权威、权力，决定长大后一定要当警察。多年后一切顺利，辛巴成为当地警察局的局长，但因为后台的指示，辛巴和当地黑社会老大搞得火热，引发老百姓的不满。在一个被当地群众热爱的女教师被黑社会老大两个弟弟强奸杀害后，辛巴决定将他们绳之以法。结果，在法律和法庭面前，狡猾的黑社会老大和律师威胁证人、安排人做假证，使得两个嫌疑人马上要被释放。辛巴决定设计一场遭遇战，制造场景两个嫌疑人成为抢枪越狱的对象，然后亲手打死他们。
