纷纷（舒淇 饰）是含着金汤匙出生的千金大小姐，打小过着衣食无忧的富足生活。到了出嫁的年龄，父母对纷纷的终身大事十分关注，无形之中带给了纷纷极大的压力，终于，不堪重负的纷纷决心离家出走。循着歌词里的描绘的美好景象，纷纷来到了澎湃湖。
在澎湃湖，纷纷入住了一间民宿，民宿的主人是一位名叫阿武（任贤齐 饰）的男子。纷纷并不知道，这间民宿正面临着生死存亡的紧要关头，阿武的弟弟（李国毅 饰）将房屋抵押出去结果投资失败，不仅血本无归，民宿更是即将被查封。受到阿武一家人的悉心照料，纷纷决定和民宿的大家并肩作战，与此同时，纷纷的家人得知了女儿的下落，正在赶来的路上。
