Netflix拿下纪录片《美国工厂》(American Factory)的全球发行权。该片刚亮相圣丹斯电影节，聚焦一起著名的中美经济事件：2014年，中国福耀玻璃集团在美国俄亥俄州代顿市建立工厂，生产汽车玻璃。代顿曾是通用汽车厂区，因汽车建造业兴旺发达，但彼时已十分衰败。福耀的到来被设想成能促进当地复苏和就业，却也引发了很多冲突。福耀为改善此状况做出了不小的努力。
该片称“将深入此事，回顾每个关键瞬间，观察来自不同国家的工人的文化冲突。……揭露中美工人如何看待自身在权力体系中的位置，这是未来的美国劳动力和中国经济主导力的碰撞”。
