恩珍（申恩庆 饰）从小与姐姐相依为命，命运的洪流却冲散的两人。待再相见时，恩珍已经成为了能够独当一方的黑道首领，而姐姐却患上了绝症。即将不久于人世的姐姐有一个愿望，那就是在有生之年能够看着恩珍找一个好男人托付终生，为了实现姐姐的愿望，黑帮大佬开始了漫漫寻爱路。朱兜（朴相勉 饰）是一个三十岁老处男，他生性老实，有稳定的工作和一颗爱家的心，这样的人正是成为恩珍夫婿的最佳人选，恩珍隐瞒了自己的身份，两人约法三章绝不发生肌肤之亲，违者挨揍。没想到这时姐姐的愿望升了级，她不仅希望有一个妹夫，还希望恩珍能品尝到做母亲的喜悦，爱姐心切的恩珍只得为了姐姐的愿望再次风风火火的奔走起来，这时敌对势力的成员开始不断的骚扰恩珍的正常生活，作为一个母亲和妻子，恩珍要为了自己的家庭全力反抗。
