◎简 介
文革中，少女小菊一家遭人迫害，小菊本人被吊死在自家，凶手将现场伪装成自杀……一晃十几年过去，一部电影正在紧张的拍摄，录音师霍峰（陈希光 饰）对现场效果不甚满意，带女主角于红（潘婕 饰）回住处做音效。霍峰所住的旧楼面临拆迁，大多数住户早已搬离，只留下老领导老林、无业青年由飞以及霍峰三家。于红在楼内看到异样幻象，霍峰的录音设备也采样到诡异的响动。二人调查这栋楼的历史，获悉小菊的冤案，始明白小菊那地下室的冤魂在人去楼空之时向当年的凶手索命。老林与由飞身上先后发生意外，于红发现导演郑磊（韩小磊 饰）亦与当年的凶案有关，并最终决定帮助小菊复仇。
