◎简 介
赌坛高人龙天九（王晶 饰）之妹龙盈盈（孟瑶 饰）青出于蓝，号称“美女赌神”。龙盈盈为取回宿敌仇曼联（陈国坤 饰）的欠款，前往对方赌船却遭暗算，被自己的保镖兼恋人亨利击落坠海。
这边厢，不成器的财务公司讨债主任周姐轮（张家辉 饰）与两名死党同事终日只是在工作中犯锉与被自己女友欺骗、殴打。郁闷的三人在海边散心，却捡回失忆美女一名。自此周姐轮与失忆的龙盈盈共处一室，经历了前任女友的周姐轮得温柔的盈盈照顾，倍感爱情的甜蜜。不久仇曼联不甘失败再出阴谋，组织亚洲赌神大赛逼龙盈盈出现。终于明了龙盈盈真实身份的周姐轮连同死党也一起被卷入了这场赌局……
