◎简 介
瑞恩（彼德·冈兹勒 Peter Gantzler 饰）是瑞典一家IT公司的老板，他不善于与人打交道，更不愿意和员工闹出不快。因此在过去的几年里，瑞恩虚构出一个常年在外办公的董事长，许多人事变动的命令都假借董事长之口下达，以此转嫁了来自员工的不满。某天，瑞恩决定卖掉公司，不过对方要求和董事长面谈。为此，他请来名不见经传的小演员克里斯托夫（杨斯·艾宾纳斯 Jens Albinus 饰）假冒董事长，当然后者还有一项重任，那就是做好6名公司员工的安排工作。热爱表演的克里斯托夫对此游刃有余，不过也在这一过程中体会到内心的矛盾，而结局又令人如此哑然……
本片荣获2007年祖鲁奖最佳女配角奖（Mia Lyhne）。
