可是没想到这条命在网上竟然乏人问津，就在他心灰意冷之际，阿良得知邻居陈瑜真（曾之乔 饰）的儿子命在旦夕需要心脏移植，正当他犹豫是否捐出心脏时，一位美女总裁沉晶（蔡淑臻 饰）开出天价要买阿良的命做人体实验，同时又冒出一位黑道老大派出杀手鬼臂（李铭忠 饰）绑架了他父母威胁他卖命。
