◎简 介
黑帮分子阿豪（立威廉 饰）靠带小姐为生，但他为人热血，保护女孩们不遗余力，又因替小弟顶包被收监一年。阿海（范逸臣 饰）是心怀band梦想的主唱，在理想与现实的冲突中，好友兼队友背叛单飞，剩下的队员们也要面对各自生活的问题，不得不靠做服务员、参加药物试验等等方式维持排练。阿海的女友May（周楚楚 饰）不堪忍受困窘，离开阿海而去。同时，出狱的阿豪被昔日的小弟殴打，两个同样落寞的男人，第一次在城市中遇见彼此。
不久，阿海等人终于签约，却落入了唱片公司的债务圈套。阿豪重新跟随大哥捷哥（戎祥 饰），做起了讨债。被债务缠身的阿海得到了阿豪的帮助，后者全力支持他发行唱片，二人的梦想，终于开始起飞……
