纳什（凯文·哈特 Kevin Hart 饰）因为自己的肤色而在乘坐飞机的时候遭遇了一段非常不愉快的经历，愤怒之中，纳什将航空公司告上了法庭，没想到竟然胜诉获得了一亿美金的赔偿。纳什决定将这笔意外之财用以投资一个全新的航空公司，当然，这个全方位服务都做到顶级的航班，服务的对象只有黑人。纳什将航班命名为“NWA”。
在表哥马格西（马索·曼恩 Method Man 饰）的帮助下，纳什的航班处女秀即将开始。然而，就在这个节骨眼上，白人埃尔维斯（汤姆·阿诺德 Tom Arnold 饰）和他的女友以及两个熊孩子却在误打误撞之中成为了乘客中的一名。飞机起飞的时间眼看着就要到来，这将注定不会是一次太平的飞行。
