佩德罗和柔沙结婚了。婚礼上，他向蒂娜吐露爱意，让蒂娜更加心伤。她的眼泪簌簌掉下，落到正在制作的菜肴上，于是，客人们竟然尝出了苦味。从此，蒂娜把自己压抑的爱意都融合在烹饪中，一家人的情绪竟随着她的烹饪心情或情欲高涨，或压抑阴沉。当蒂娜终于等来和佩德罗相守的日子，压抑已久的感情却化成了熊熊燃烧的烈火。
