◎简 介
黎巴嫩贝鲁特，从天而降的白头神探弗兰克?卓本中尉（莱斯利?尼尔森 Leslie Nielsen 饰）将一群阴谋破坏美国安定团结的阿拉伯极端分子痛揍，但返回洛杉矶的弗兰克并未得到嘉奖，因为新的案件在等待着他：同事诺德伯格因调查贩毒案被重伤，时值伊丽莎白女王访问洛杉矶，受命保卫女王的弗兰克只能挤出时间调查诺德伯格被袭案，在拜访女王接待委员会首脑、商人兼议员文森特（里卡多?蒙特尔班 Ricardo Montalban 饰）时，弗兰克敏锐的嗅到其与贩毒案的关联，文森特方面则暗示美女助理珍?斯班瑟（普瑞希拉?普雷斯利 Priscilla Presley 饰）接近弗兰克，以便取得警方第一手信息。文森特如此心虚，是因为他受人委托刺杀英国女王，而看上去毫不靠谱的弗兰克，此时是文森特眼中的头号大敌……
