เรื่องราวของ "นิค"ลูกจ้างค่าแรงขั้นต่ำลูกครึ่งไทย ต้องการกลับบ้านเกิดไปพักผ่อนกับครอบครัวในช่วงวันหยุดยาว นิคใช้เงินเก็บและเงินโบนัสจากนายจ้างซื้อตั๋วรถ vip 1ใบ จุดหมายปลายทางเหมือนกับทุกปีที่ผ่านมา โดยมีเพื่อนร่วมเดินทาง อาทิ แก๊งนักศึกษาปากสว่าง นักเลงปากหมา พระบวชใหม่ มนุษย์ป้า แต่การเดินทางกลับบ้านของนิคในครั้งนี้ มีหญิงชราลึกลับที่ป่วยหนัก แถมร่างกายยังส่งกลิ่นเหม็นเหมือนซากศพ และยังไอตลอดเวลา ขึ้นรถทัวร์พร้อมกับผู้โดยสารคนอื่น ๆ ระหว่างการเดินทาง หญิงชราได้เสียชีวิตกระทันหัน ท่ามกลางความเสียขวัญและแตกตื่นของผู้โดยสาร ศพหญิงชราได้หายไป เหตุการหลังจากนี้คือการลุกขึ้นไล่ฆ่าผู้โดยสารที่เหลือในรถโดยหญิงชรา ความโกลาหลจึงเกิดขึ้น
