◎简 介
东京，一个世界知名的大城市。 Sarah (何超仪 饰) 与男友分手后，来到此地欲求购买房生产，并度过一个短暂而宁静的假期，但一切事与愿违。由于美国总统的突然到访东京，原定的酒店已满。
房地产公司将她安置在一座非常破旧废弃令人毛骨悚然的私人民宿 “minipaku” 中 ，当Sarah入住时，她发现它是由一位老妇人（白川和子 饰）经营的。她在那里的第一个晚上感到十分不安和可怕，噩梦连连，并且病了起来，只能被迫留下来，更令她意外地发现了一具正在被寄生虫吞噬的完整骨骼。警察局的高级警司（高桥和也 饰）接手调查，也发现这家民宿牵涉多宗连环离奇失踪案件，怪事连连，警司也未能为Sarah破解。
这座有着非常神秘力量和不明历史的房子，与Sarah有着某种联系。当 “minpaku” 的灯熄灭时，可怕而令人不安的景象笼罩着她，它们变得越来越真实。一场又一场可怕而离奇的噩梦，令人不知道这是开始还是结束，似乎一切都是安排好的。
