◎简 介
故事发生在20世纪末，日渐升高的犯罪率令警视厅不得不成立了特搜班，他们使用的是特制的装备和武器，拥有超强战力，这样的一群人，他们被称为“Kerberos”。在Kerberos的搜查和制裁之下，犯罪率有了明显的下降，然而，随着时间的推移，因为Kerberos进行越权调查而导致的犯罪事件却屡屡发生，渐渐的，民众们反对Kerberos的呼声越来越大，市民们希望政府能够解散Kerberos，让他们重新获得安全感。
1995年，政府终于颁布了解散Kerberos的命令，然而，有一部分队员拒绝服从命令，一场革命爆发了，最终，Kerberos仅剩三名队员，其中，红一携带着宝贵的强化服和武器逃往国外，躲避追捕。
