《忘了我记得》围绕着已婚女性程乐乐（谢盈萱饰）展开，她一边做脱口秀演员，一边兼职便利店员工。在平淡无奇的生活中，乐乐对未来充满希望和梦想，但却接连遭遇挑战。除了与丈夫张凯（霍建华饰）之间的婚姻危机，乐乐还面临着与父亲（秦汉饰）之间的矛盾，这促使她踏上一段勇敢的旅程，重新定义自己与亲人、爱人和朋友的关系。
