纳什·韦德(凯文·哈特 饰)最近喝水塞牙放屁砸脚，不顺到了极至，坐飞机公出时受尽了耻辱与惊吓，他一怒之下将航空公司告上了法庭。判决结果呢？真是应了阿迪达斯为奥运年准备的那句新广告语：：“Impossible is nothing(没什么是不可能的)”，他居然获赔了1亿美金，乐得梦里都张着嘴。暴富后的韦德迅速滋生了一个梦想：他要开辟史上第一条只供黑人搭乘的航班。在表兄马格西(迈瑟德·曼 饰)的帮助下，韦德创建了由自己姓名缩写命名的NWA航班--适合都市旅行者的全方位服务航班。
NWA航班特立独行，拥有最顶级的服务：性感火辣的空姐、无限放送的灵魂乐、忘情热舞的夜总会、以及终极享受的按摩浴缸……所有乘客都会油然而生翻身农奴把歌唱的快感，当然，您的肤色必须符合标准。洛杉矶--纽约，处女航一切准备就绪，驾驶舱内的嘻哈机长麦克(史努比·道格 饰)成竹在胸，虽然他只在海湾州感化院接受过有限的飞行训练。但白人乘客艾尔维斯·亨基(汤姆·阿诺德 饰)匆忙之间将NWA错认为西北航空公司，带着新处的女友和两个不听话的孩子误上了这架韦德精心构建的灵魂客机，于是麻烦到了，好戏开演了……
