◎简 介
本作是2019年在韩国SBS播出的、由南宫珉主演电视剧的日本翻拍版。故事描绘了在休赛期为重建常年垫底的职业棒球队而奋战的球团运营管理层的努力。主人公樱崎准出任职业棒球队“Dreams”的新任总经理，虽然没有竞技经历，却因曾带领多支体育队伍夺冠而被称为“冠军承包人”。为直击问题根源，他在与球员及管理层发生冲突的同时，接连推出不拘泥于常识的大胆改革。而樱崎上任后作出的第一个决定，便是交易球队象征般的明星选手。
