◎简 介
天界之战中，奥林匹斯山的众神击败了邪恶的泰坦神，并将他们囚禁于地下。传说只有威力无穷的厄皮洛斯神弓能够释放泰坦，但这把神器却在天界大战中遗失在人间。多年后，权欲熏心、冷酷嗜血的海恩波利国王（米基・洛克 Mickey Rourke 饰）推行暴权，妄图踏平希腊、毁灭神迹。
西柏林修道院美丽的先知帕德拉（ 芙蕾达・平托 Freida Pinto 饰）能够预知未来，在海恩波利的囚牢中她感受到了一个受神指引的年轻人忒修斯（亨利・卡维尔 Henry Cavill 饰）将拿到神弓并和海恩波利国王联手。此时的忒修斯却发誓要为在海恩波利的袭击中死去的母亲报仇。
忒修斯正如预言找到了神弓，但不幸却落入了海恩波利国王的手中，国王兵临城下，希腊军势单力薄，高大的城墙在手持神弓的海恩波利国王面前也不堪一击。恐怖的泰坦即将被释放，希腊危在旦夕，出身低微的忒修斯虽然勇武，但在同族中却屡遭唾弃，此时，海恩波利国王却向忒修斯伸出了橄榄枝……
