◎简 介
咖啡店店员夏美（竹内結子饰）某日午休时突然遇上一个奇怪的男子，要她假扮成未婚妻和自己一起回去探望病重的父亲，作为交换条件，男子允诺会请夏美吃全日本第一的蛋包饭。
原来男子名叫健一郎（堤真一饰），家里是开西餐厅的，下面还有三个弟弟：勇二郎（江口洋介饰）、纯三郎（妻夫木聡饰）、光四郎（山下智久饰）。几年前健一郎带走家中积蓄出去闯，现在两手空空地回来道歉了。可当众人还在为是否要原谅健一郎争论时，他居然再次携款潜逃。
被撇下的夏美决定就势留在这个家的餐厅工作，表面上她是为了等待健一郎回来，事实上她的真正目的是为了店里美味的午餐！大家都喜欢上了夏美的开朗热情，餐厅也开始焕发出不一样的活力，就这样，夏日里一幕妙趣横生的生活情景剧就此展开。
