◎简 介
哈桑（曼尼什・达亚尔 Manish Dayal 饰）是土生土长的印度小伙儿，家中世代经营着一间小吃摊，从小生长在如此氛围之中，哈桑对于食物充满了感情。长大后，哈桑一家人搬至了浪漫的法国小镇卢米埃，在那里，他们重操旧业，开了一间充满了异域风情的印度餐厅。
名厨马洛里夫人（海伦・米伦 Helen Mirren 饰）在业内一只享有着不菲的声誉，可是尽管她尽职尽责不断精进技术，但却依旧无法获得米其林二星的认可和肯定，这让她觉得十分苦恼。哈桑的餐馆恰巧就开在马洛里夫人的餐厅对面，一来二去之前，两人产生了诸多的矛盾。然而，在哈桑的身上，马洛里夫人察觉到了惊人的天赋，于是化干戈为玉帛，成为了他的师傅。
