◎简 介
林淑玲（杨雁雁 饰）跟随着丈夫（李铭顺 饰）从马来西亚搬到了新加坡。林淑玲是一名中文老师，然而，在新加坡，教育体制对于中文教育十分的轻视，这使得教中文的林淑玲在学校里非常的不受重视。
与此同时，林淑玲和丈夫之间的婚姻也并不顺利，两人结婚多年，却一直没有小孩，这成为了夫妻恋人之间频繁争吵的导火索。而公公突患中风，作为儿媳，林淑玲承担了大部分照料的责任，这令她感到不堪重负。郭伟伦（许家乐 饰）是林淑玲的学生，两人通过林淑玲的中文课相识，在进行课外辅导的过程中，林淑玲和郭伟伦之间慢慢的产生了逾越了师生关系的情愫。
