◎简 介
电影为《X》的前传，讲述了邪恶的老太太珀尔（米娅・高斯 Mia Goth 饰）年轻时的故事。珀尔为了获得自由，嫁给了名叫霍华德（阿利斯泰尔・休厄尔 Alistair Sewell 饰）的男子，哪知道结婚没多久，霍华德就应征入伍，上前线打仗去了。刚开始，霍华德和珀尔之间还有着书信往来，但随着时间的推移，他们断了联系。
