◎简 介
一度解散的中央交响乐团突然传来重组的消息，星散在四方的团员相继来到了专为练习而租用的仓库。在解散期间，乐团成员各谋职业，业务水平优异的相继被别家乐团挑走，剩下的大多是水平了了和年事已高的人，许多空缺的职位由也已退休的成员或者业余爱好者补充进来。作为首席小提琴手的香坂（松坂桃李 饰）在乐团内拥有一定的号召力，但团队水平低劣的演奏让他也不觉感到灰心。就在此时，邋邋遢遢的大叔天道（西田敏行 饰），他满口脏话，态度蛮横，自称指挥家的他以令常人难以接受的方式对乐团展开集训。香坂等人十分反感天道的言行举止，在这一过程中却也发现他们的音乐开始闪现了灵光……
本片根据佐宗明的漫画改编。
