◎简 介
一向警恶扬善的蝙蝠侠，这次遭到了莫名的指控的。原来，有一名身手堪比蝙蝠侠、打扮和蝙蝠侠一模一样的人，在城中冒充蝙蝠侠四出犯罪。这名“幻影人”不仅身手敏捷，而且犯罪手段极其残忍，绝不留手。一时，导致城中人心惶惶。
蝙蝠侠获悉后，开始四出调查“幻影人”的来历。在调查过程中，蝙蝠侠重遇了昔日的旧情人。经过一番惊心动魄的冒险与调查，蝙蝠侠还意外获悉了一起政治阴谋的内幕。到底“幻影人”与这宗阴谋到底有着怎样千丝万缕的关系？蝙蝠侠最后能否战胜“幻影人”，揭露这宗阴谋的真相？
