叶欣荣（梁咏琪 饰）被恋爱七年的男友抛弃，忽然从待嫁女变成了剩女，嫁人无望，却误打误撞认识了老板的司机古须仁（郑中基 饰）。她根本不知道，古须仁竟然是如假包换的香港老板，因为树敌太多，不得已和司机关仁（杜汶泽 饰）交换身份。褪去了阔少爷的光环，一直得不到真爱的古须仁在荣荣身上找到了感觉，也因为互换身份，关仁认识了荣荣的闺蜜Nikki（谢娜 饰），一见倾心，Nikki却担心上司办公室性骚扰，处处防备，闹出不少笑话。而古须仁和荣荣，在帮助关仁追求Nikki的过程中渐渐坠入爱河。
古须仁破格提拔荣荣去香港做高层。荣荣经历了一次梦幻般的旅程，私人飞机、名车、名表、名牌服装首饰、上流社会的交际……所有的一切都让荣荣感到不真实。当古须仁鼓起勇气向荣荣亮出真正身份并深情表白时，却让荣荣感到他句句假话，拒绝了他，但是此时决定洗心革面的古须仁却再也不愿意放手，虽然荣荣...
