雕秀（吉田辉雄饰）与雕辰（小池朝雄饰）是一对顶尖刺青师，雕秀被妓院老板陷害，获罪流放。雕辰则霸占雕秀女友阿玲，在其背上刺青。不忍受辱的阿玲服毒自尽，从长崎逃回来的雕秀发誓要跟雕辰决一胜负……
