《十二莲花》故事是讲述一个苦命歌手遇人不淑，惨被她心爱的薄情郎一次又一次利用及糟蹋，全片穿插不少福建金曲，让人陪着亦喜亦悲。

《881》之后，《十二莲花》在音乐方面也再一次与黄韵仁合作，两人上部片交集火花四溅，这一次肯定会撼动人心，引来深切共鸣。
