◎简　　介

风平浪静的一天，日本海上自卫队的舰队照例举行联合演习，谁知装备了最新防御系统矶风号出现异常。先是普通舰员和舰长遇害，继而得知某国的队日特工教官龙华，携带威力强大的炸弹GUSOH秘密登舰，追被劫持矶风号袭击东京。在副舰长宫津弘隆二（寺尾聪 饰）和沟口（中井贵一 饰）等人的命令下，船员们纷纷乘救生艇逃生，殊不知沟口的真正身份正是龙华，宫津则是他的亲密战友。他们全速向首都圈前进，并向日本政府提出了3点要求。与此同时，服役于矶风号的前伍长仙石恒史（真田广之 饰）偷偷潜回本舰，以一己之力和这群恐怖分子展开周旋……

本片根据福井晴敏的同名原著改编。
