北加州出台一项新的政策，8名青年因过错被送往因森林大火而暂时关闭的灰熊公园，进行一星期的社会服务。护林员鲍伯（Glenn Morshower 饰）耐心讲解注意事项，不过对于这群小青年而言，进入大森林的一周形同渡假一般，正是快乐时光的开始。但是他们却犯了致命的错误，森林中不仅有各种凶猛的动物、有毒的花草、猎人的陷阱，而负责押送他们的警察是一个在逃的连环杀手（Jeff Watson 饰），嗜血如命的他在这片禁闭的森林里正好大展身手。当然，密林深处还有一个最大的危险等着他们……
