一次，亚里斯托特尔·斯波德(本·金斯利)统领下的邪恶集团攻击了杰夫等人所居住的小岛。而这场精心策划的阴谋目的是为了利用“雷鸟”来从事犯罪。于是，一场惊心动魄的大战开始了。
