令丹尼尔没有想到的是，当他再次睁开双眼之时，时间已经飞跃到了1992年，此时的世界同他昏睡之前的世界已然截然不同。丹尼尔想找哈里，却找到了哈里的女儿，并得知了挚友的死讯，与此同时，丹尼尔亦得知海伦早已苏醒，直到今日依旧保持独身一人住在海边的悬崖之上，激动万分的丹尼尔马不停蹄地赶往彼处，寻找久违的爱人。
