咸湿超（陈百祥 饰）即将与女友Dorlina（吴君如 饰）结婚，损友牛精帆（冯淬帆 饰）、口臭奇（曹查理 饰）极力阻止。
这时候他们的好友之一徐定贵（刘德华 饰）的哥哥徐定富因为经营不善而导致自己的公司负债累累，欠下了霍氏公司一大笔债务，定富的公司被迫宣告破产。为了帮助哥哥，徐定贵与咸湿超等几位好友潜进了霍氏公司，希望能对复兴公司有所帮助。
定贵的办事能力得到老板的赏识，霍氏便把女儿Nicole（关之琳 饰）介绍给定富认识，怎料在Nicole的生日舞会上，定贵的女友豆豆（邱淑贞 饰）出现了……
