觉得生命了无生趣的四人决定自杀，就这样，机缘巧合让他们在著名的自杀圣地“礼帽大厦”顶楼相遇了。个性迥异但境遇相似的四人聊得很投机，彼此之间很快就产生了真挚的友谊，亦都暂时放弃了寻死的念头。就这样，一个奇怪的四人小团体就这样形成了。
