◎简　　介

出色的飞行员托伯•夏利（查理•辛 Charlie Sheen 饰）因违抗命令离开海军后，准备在印第安部落享受余生，然而海军突然将其召回参加一项名为“臭鼠”的任务。关于海军，托伯有太多回忆，他的父亲曾在飞行时失误导致同侪身亡，这成了托伯无法摆脱的心结，军中心理医生戴美达（瓦莱莉•高利诺 Valeria Golino 饰）出色的马术和体操给托伯留下了深刻印象，但这个美人却劝说精神状态不良的托伯退出。而托伯的被重新征召其实是军火商的一项邪恶计划，他们串通军中人士，准备利用托伯脆弱的心理造成飞机失事，以此要求政府升级机型。不久果然有飞行员坠机，但军火商并未达成所愿，他们继续在托伯和战友的任务中安插障碍……
