◎简　　介

声势浩大的国际警察大会即将在繁华的大都市纽约拉开序幕，跟随着上司，奎邵（路易·德·菲耐斯 Louis de Funès 饰）以及其他五位同僚在祝福之中踏上了前往纽约的漫漫旅途。警局明令禁止警察携带亲属参加这次旅途，但奎邵对的女儿妮可（吉内薇芙·格拉德 Geneviève Grad 饰）实在无法抵御大都市散发出的强烈魅力，在没有告知父亲的情况下，也乔装打扮偷偷摸摸的登上了奎邵所在的邮轮。

很快，奎邵就发现了女儿的行踪，为了帮助女儿隐瞒身份，他整日里战战兢兢畏畏缩缩，让同事误以为他换上了心理疾病。最终，在一番手忙脚乱的安排之下，妮可总算搭上了回家的飞机，却还是因为一个小小的细节而暴露了自己的真实身份。
