养狗虽然面临着各种困难，但同时也乐趣多多，在养狗的过程中，弗朗西斯结识了英俊的兽医奥利华（艾德·斯克林 Ed Skrein 饰）和爱狗人士阿宾（汤姆·班尼特 Tom Bennett 饰），交际圈的拓展让弗朗西斯逐渐脱离了曾经的怨妇状态。
