索尼娅·威格特是二战前红极一时的歌手和演员。纳粹高官约瑟夫·特博温十分喜欢索尼娅。她的交际能力以及会流利的德语英语和法语，被瑞典军方看中，想利用她窃取德方的情报，借以掌握德军进军占领欧洲各国的信息。在德国侵占挪威后，很有可能会以“为了防止盟国干涉”的借口而入侵瑞典。她用高超的演技将特博温迷惑，成为了他的情妇，并开始为瑞典输送德国的情报，她的间谍代号为比尔。

随着二战的局势特博温也要求索尼娅成为他们的间谍，去窃取瑞典和挪威抵抗组织的情报。索尼娅不愿意给德国效劳，但是特博温下令抓住她的父亲做人质。她开始假装为德国当间谍，实则继续为瑞典和盟军搜集情报。瑞典方面一直想揪出一个代号玛丽亚的潜伏的德国特务。索尼娅敏锐地发现，自己身边的一位爱慕者安道尔十分可疑。他有一个秘密的公文包，里面是一些海岸线的照片。索尼娅在特博温的公文包里也发现了相同的海岸线照片。索尼娅跟...
