◎简　　介

滾筒（譚耀文 飾）、建天（栢天男 飾）、刀疤（張建聲 飾）和浩正（張繼聰 飾）經歷上一次逃獄之後，性格和處事上也改變不少，眾人也安份守己，希望能盡快完成監禁，這令監獄內得到久違了的平靜。年青企業家賀俊（吳卓羲 飾）被控教唆他人犯罪，暫時要哐汉驅彛?m然三傇箩岵砰_庭審訊，但一向高高在上的賀俊不慣低頭活於人下，於是貫徹在商界以錢能解決問題的理念，成功利誘獄中兩大勢力，滾筒和刀疤的手下投靠他，將監獄形成一傄再R俊獨大的新局面。 賀俊得知案件有新証人指控自己，面臨被判終身監禁，於是以巨額利誘曾經逃獄的滾筒、建天、刀疤和浩正協助逃獄，並承諾會安排各人一起潛逃到泰國。奈何眾人心態改變，不為錢所動，為家人、為義氣，堅拒為錢順從賀俊，使賀俊不惜以各人的弱點作威脅，用手段迫使眾人答應，各人在無奈之下就範⋯⋯
