不久吸血鬼长老派人传递停战协议，只因吸血鬼中出现了新的变种——收割者，收割者同时以人类和吸血鬼为食，而且由于过快的新陈代谢导致他们需求惊人。刀锋为保全人类同意带领由长老之女内纱（Leonor Varela 饰）、雪人（甄子丹饰）等组成的吸血鬼血帮部队，消灭收割者，但岂料这一切是吸血鬼的阴谋……
