麦特?哈迪（Matt Hardy）和杰夫?哈迪（Jeff Hardy）这对兄弟并非出身摔角世界，但他们自幼对摔角这项运动疯狂迷恋。未成年时便在自家后院搭起擂台，邀请一众好友比赛、玩耍。成年后兄弟俩进入摔角学校学习，并最终以双打的身份进入美国最大的摔角组织WWF（WWE旧称）。没有发达的肌肉和出众的外表，但哈迪兄弟凭借四射的激情和疯狂的举动逐渐确立自己在联盟中的地位，成为顶尖的双打组合。
