◎简　　介

美国失业率飙升，城市沦为犯罪汪洋，政府启动最高法，建高墙围起一占地355万平方米的韦兰德区域安置罪犯。墙内的飙车党以弗兰肯斯坦为首，则玩起了死亡车赛，并通过网络直播成为平民世界的精神领袖。这引起了政府的不满，警察部门意图消灭弗兰肯斯坦的势力和威望，却告失败。新一批罪犯唐纳·吉布森、吉普希·萝丝等人被狱警用直升机投放到韦兰德监狱，他们也参与到死亡飞车比赛中。
