◎简　　介

高三女生金素熙（金时恩 饰）即将毕业，她被学校安排到某大型通讯公司下的客户中心实习。这个热爱跳舞并对未来充满向往的女孩，怎么也不会想到人生却开启了阴暗之旅。客户中心接线员要求精通各类话术，她们必须想方设法留住客户，提升业绩，为此不惜用带有欺骗性的话语，当然也要承受难缠客 户的侮辱与谩骂。作为前辈的组长对她时有苛责，却还尽心维护，可是他本人也无法忍受这种吃人的体制而选择自杀。在此之后，素熙拒绝签订隐瞒真相的承诺书，未过多久也在各方压力下走上绝路。本来是一桩稀松平常的自杀事件，刑警吴宥真（裴斗娜 饰）却执意揪出每一个道貌岸然的加害者。
