这时候他们的好友之一徐定贵（刘德华 饰）的哥哥徐定富因为经营不善而导致自己的公司负债累累，欠下了霍氏公司一大笔债务，定富的公司被迫宣告破产。为了帮助哥哥，徐定贵与咸湿超等几位好友潜进了霍氏公司，希望能对复兴公司有所帮助。
