圣诞节期间，一伙盗贼假扮圣诞老人大肆行窃，对此，警察局长吉伯（伯纳尔·法西）决定亲自部署清剿活动，而此时一个混血记者秋（白灵）来到警局采访，时时黏在他身边，处处问寒问暖。
