这是一部64年拍摄的影片，但是却是一部超前了好几代的电影，由于政治原因，以致于当弗朗西斯·福特 科波拉和马丁·西塞克斯在2002年看到这部上个世纪的电影时，禁不住高呼，这是一部近十年来最伟大的电影，这是一部永远改变了人们对电影看法的电影！视觉上最美丽的电影，壮观的令人晕倒的电影，眼花缭乱的让人窒息的电影，优美高雅却让人流泪的电影，从技术上说这可以是一部无人能够超过的电影，从艺术上说这是诗电影的最高境界，但更重要的是 这是一部革命的史诗 共产主义的战歌，他虽然是上个世纪的产物但在今天 他却让人们对世界有了更新更清楚地认识。
